Dunn Education Group connects K–12 students with advanced graduate students and PhD recipients for personalized academic support. We begin by learning about your student, then consider their subject, goals, and scheduling needs to identify an appropriate tutor.

One-on-one tutoring is $100 per hour.
Support that starts with your student
Students seek tutoring for different reasons. Some need help understanding challenging coursework. Others want to strengthen their writing, develop more effective study habits, or explore a subject in greater depth. Our approach starts with those individual needs. We bring subject expertise and focused attention to the work in front of your student, while helping them develop skills they can carry into future assignments.
A thoughtful match
DEG personally coordinates tutor placement. You’ll have a direct point of contact to discuss your student’s needs, ask questions, and understand the next steps. Our tutors bring advanced academic training to their subjects. We consider that expertise alongside teaching experience and the support your student is seeking. Placement depends on tutor availability and fit.
How to get started
Tell us what you’re looking for: share your student’s grade, subject, learning goals, preferred schedule, and whether you’re interested in online or in-person support.
Discuss the options: we’ll review your inquiry and follow up about potential matches and availability.
Plan the first session: once a match is confirmed, we’ll coordinate scheduling and explain payment and session arrangements. An inquiry does not commit you to a session or require payment.
For schools and educators: if a family is looking for additional academic support, you’re welcome to share this page or introduce them to DEG by email. We’ll work directly with the family to discuss their needs and available options.
